About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating high-performing ad campaigns that maximize ROI, increase website traffic, and drive quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
  • Write compelling ad copy and CTAs to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
  • Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad targeting, and bid optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or lead generation campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, remarketing, and display advertising.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Google Ads Scripts or Smart Bidding.
