 About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will analyze digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate insights to drive data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to optimize strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).
  • Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio to track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and keyword performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the SEO, PPC, and social media teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and goal conversions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management and clients.
  • Stay updated on digital analytics tools, trends, and attribution models.
  • Assist in the A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Ads Manager.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization.
