About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality digital content across social media, blogs, websites, and video platforms. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our online presence and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Create short-form and long-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos).
- Collaborate with the design and SEO teams to produce optimized and visually appealing content.
- Write captivating captions, blog articles, ad copies, and promotional materials.
- Stay up to date with trending topics, hashtags, and social media trends to drive engagement.
- Manage and maintain a consistent brand tone and voice across all digital platforms.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Social Media Executive.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills in English.
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience creating video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style platforms.
- Knowledge of AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.).
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Ability to brainstorm and pitch unique content ideas regularly.
