About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to lead our brand development, positioning, and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and driving brand awareness and customer loyalty. You will collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to bring the brand vision to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage and enhance the brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and insights.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee content creation, advertising, and promotional activities to reinforce brand presence.
- Monitor brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and engagement analytics.
- Manage PR, influencer collaborations, and partnership initiatives to expand brand reach.
- Ensure the brand message is consistent, innovative, and customer-focused.
- Prepare brand performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management.
- 2–6 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and consumer psychology.
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns and brand communication.
- Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and design collaboration tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in tech, digital marketing, or B2B brands.
- Knowledge of market research tools and brand tracking software.
- Familiarity with content marketing, PR, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Understanding of UI/UX and digital brand positioning.
