About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will analyze digital marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate insights to drive data-backed decisions. You’ll work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to optimize strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).
- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio to track KPIs such as traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and budget allocation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and keyword performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the SEO, PPC, and social media teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and goal conversions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management and clients.
- Stay updated on digital analytics tools, trends, and attribution models.
- Assist in the A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Ads Manager.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, and social media analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio).
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of customer journey mapping and attribution modeling.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization.
