About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating high-performing ad campaigns that maximize ROI, increase website traffic, and drive quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to identify targeting opportunities.
- Write compelling ad copy and CTAs to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Manage budget allocation and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
- Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.
- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align campaign strategies with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in PPC campaign management.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, ad targeting, and bid optimization.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce, B2B, or lead generation campaigns.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Basic understanding of SEO, remarketing, and display advertising.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Google Ads Scripts or Smart Bidding.
