About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our innovative product design team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences from concept to execution. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining interaction models, and designing intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and translate user behaviors into design solutions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and test functionalities.
Interface Design: Design high-fidelity visual interfaces and ensure consistency with branding guidelines across all platforms (web, iOS, Android).
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and data analysts to ensure technical feasibility and optimal user experience implementation.
Design System Management: Help develop and maintain a robust design system and component library.
Iterative Design: Iterate on designs based on data, user feedback, and business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience (1–3 years) as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, including case studies detailing your design process.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with leading design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Design Principles: Strong understanding of fundamental design principles (typography, color theory, layout), usability principles, and accessibility standards.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion design or front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes.
Experience in data visualization design or enterprise software UI/UX.
