About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Create engaging, original, and high-quality content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Manage daily posting schedules, campaigns, and promotions to maintain consistent brand visibility.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Respond to followers, engage with the audience, and build an online community.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video content creation and editing (Reels, Shorts).
• Knowledge of trend marketing and hashtag optimization.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
