Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Bangalore, Hyderabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will focus on driving qualified traffic, maximizing ROI, and achieving measurable business results through data-driven strategies.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and monitor PPC, display, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions) and prepare performance reports.
  • Work closely with the SEO, content, and design teams to align paid marketing efforts with overall brand goals.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and paid media tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and scalability.

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Paid Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
  • Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and remarketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and organic marketing is a plus.
