Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled developer comfortable with both front-end and back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and related technologies.

Implement user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks such as React.js.

Develop server-side logic and functionality using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and services for seamless front-end and back-end communication.

Manage data storage and retrieval using MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance.

Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).

Strong experience with front-end development using React.js.

Solid understanding of server-side development with Node.js and Express.js.

Experience with database management using MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases).

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI).

Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews).

Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Good to have)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment strategies.

Experience with containerization tools like Docker.

Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth)
