Position: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive/Generalist to manage a wide range of human resources activities, from talent acquisition to employee relations and compliance, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.

Responsibilities         

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.

Implement and administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Coordinate employee on boarding and off boarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews.

Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management programs in collaboration with the payroll department.

Handle employee relations issues, address grievances, and mediate conflicts to promote a positive work environment.

Support performance management processes and employee training and development initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (HRIS).

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance requirements.

Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus if supporting tech teams.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

HRIS/HR Software: Experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

Job Portals: Experience with job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and sourcing techniques.

Communication Platforms: Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Asana, or internal communication tools.
