Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative GenAI Developer to design, develop, and deploy applications powered by state-of-the-art generative models. This role involves working with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, and developing scalable solutions that push the boundaries of AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions and applications using Python.

Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), focusing on prompt engineering, fine-tuning existing open-source models, and leveraging APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini).

Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance model accuracy and provide context-aware responses.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, UI/UX designers) to integrate AI features into production environments.

Develop robust, scalable, and optimized GenAI applications, ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Evaluate and benchmark the performance and output quality of AI models using appropriate metrics and testing methodologies.

Stay current with the latest advancements, research papers, and tools in the field of Generative AI, NLP, and MLOps.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

For Freshers: Strong academic background and a demonstrable project portfolio showcasing hands-on GenAI, NLP, or ML projects (internships, academic projects, GitHub contributions are essential).

For Experienced: 1-5+ years of proven experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience specifically in NLP or GenAI projects.

Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, probability, and statistics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

Programming Languages: Expertise in Python.

GenAI & ML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

Cloud Platforms & Tools: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and Git is highly desired.

Databases: Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and SQL is a plus.

Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
