Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that drive efficiency and innovation. This role involves working across the full AI lifecycle, from data processing and model training to deployment and monitoring, utilizing a broad range of AI technologies including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI solutions and applications using Python.

Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing production systems and applications.

Work with various AI models, including Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning networks (CNNs, RNNs), and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis on large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling.

Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines using MLOps practices and cloud-based platforms for efficient deployment and management (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize the performance and output quality of AI models using appropriate metrics and testing methodologies.

Stay current with the latest advancements, research, and tools in the field of AI to identify opportunities for integration and improvement.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

For Freshers: Strong academic background and a demonstrable project portfolio showcasing hands-on AI/ML projects (internships, academic projects, GitHub contributions are essential).

For Experienced: 1-5+ years of proven experience in AI development, ML engineering, or a similar role, with experience deploying AI models in production environments.

Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, probability, statistics, and software engineering principles.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

Programming Languages: Expertise in Python is essential.

AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.

Cloud Platforms & MLOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Git is highly desired.

Databases: Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone) is a plus.

Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
