Job Overview

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and technically proficient App Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, user-centric mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. This role requires hands-on experience with native development environments or cross-platform frameworks, ensuring robust performance and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using relevant languages (e.g., Dart/Flutter, Swift/Objective-C, or Kotlin/Java).

Ensure all applications meet high standards of performance, reliability, and responsiveness.

UI/UX Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into functional application interfaces.

Ensure consistency in user experience across all devices and screen sizes.

Optimization & Maintenance:

Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and application crashes promptly.

Optimize application performance, focusing on speed, battery life, and data usage.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work closely with back-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends, emerging standards, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Technical Skills (Choose relevant stack):

If Flutter: Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.

If Native Android: Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Android SDK.

If Native iOS: Strong proficiency in Swift or Objective-C and iOS development environment (Xcode).

Core Concepts: Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC), and data structures.

Tools: Experience with development environments like Android Studio, Xcode, VS Code, and version control systems (Git).

API Integration: Proficient in consuming RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries/SDKs.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating published applications on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is highly preferred.
