Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data science prototypes and production-ready applications, working with large datasets to build intelligent systems that improve business processes and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address specific business needs and challenges.

Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing production systems and applications, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis on large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling and extract meaningful insights.

Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML models using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, evaluating their performance with appropriate metrics.

Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps practices and cloud-based platforms for efficient deployment and management (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

Conduct research to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and algorithms (including NLP, computer vision, and GenAI) to identify opportunities for integration.

Document methodologies, processes, and model architectures to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

Fresher’s with strong portfolio and 3+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models to production environments.

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, statistics, probability, and linear algebra.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

Programming Languages: Expertise in Python is essential; knowledge of R or Java is a plus.

ML Frameworks & Libraries: Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.

Cloud Platforms & MLOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) is highly desired.

Databases & Big Data: Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) for data handling.

Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
