Reports To: Automation Team Lead / Engineering Manager

Shift: Standard day shift; rotational shifts may apply based on project requirements

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and analytical AI Automation Associate to help identify, develop, and implement automation solutions enhanced by AI capabilities (such as intelligent document processing, chatbots, and machine learning). This role is ideal for individuals passionate about streamlining business processes using technology.

Responsibilities

Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify repetitive, manual business processes suitable for automation or enhancement with AI.

Automation Development: Design, build, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows using automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

AI Integration: Integrate AI components (e.g., NLP services, computer vision APIs, intelligent OCR) into automation workflows to handle unstructured data and complex decision-making.

Testing & Deployment: Develop test plans, execute comprehensive testing of automated solutions, and support the deployment into production environments.

Maintenance & Support: Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to deployed bots and AI models.

Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation of processes, automation designs, and functional specifications.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

For Freshers: Strong academic background and a demonstrable project portfolio showcasing hands-on automation, AI, or software development projects (internships, academic projects, certifications are essential).

For Experienced: 1-4+ years of proven experience in RPA development, business process automation, or AI/ML integration projects.

Strong understanding of process mapping, logic, and general software development lifecycle principles.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

RPA Tools: Hands-on experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is highly desired.

AI/ML Concepts: Familiarity with AI services (e.g., Google Dialogflow, AWS Comprehend, Azure AI services) or ML libraries (scikit-learn) is a plus.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, C#, or VB.NET for advanced automation and scripting.

Methodologies: Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
