Shift: Rotational (24×7) – includes weekends and holidays

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical AI Content Associate to work at the intersection of language, content, and data. You will play a crucial role in generating, evaluating, and refining the data that powers our AI and Machine Learning models. This position bridges content expertise and data handling to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

Create, annotate, and curate high-quality complex training data (text, potentially other modalities), strictly adhering to provided guidelines.

Generate grammatically correct, creative, and context-appropriate content to train and evaluate AI systems (e.g., prompt/response evaluation, dialogue assessment, and LLM output ranking).

Analyze content performance data, identify error patterns, and troubleshoot issues to improve model quality and annotation efficiency.

Perform audits and quality checks on data tasks completed by other specialists and vendors.

Identify day-to-day process and operational issues, suggest improvements to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and refine annotation guidelines.

Utilize strong research skills to understand complex topics and synthesize information, making sound judgments when faced with ambiguous data.

Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive data.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.

Fresher with strong portfolio and 1-3 years of experience in content creation, data annotation, linguistic analysis, or related work experience within a professional services or tech environment.

Strong understanding of content structure, data processing, and quality assurance principles.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong command of English language skills (written and verbal).

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts is a plus.

Tools & Systems Knowledge

Content & Language: Strong command of English grammar, style guides.

Data & Systems: Experience with content management systems (CMS), familiarity with data annotation platforms.

Methodologies: Agile, Scrum.

General Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite.
