Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing professional to develop, implement, and track performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, driving customer engagement and achieving business goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Fresher or Years of experience in full-cycle digital marketing.
Proven track record of successful digital campaigns with measurable results (e.g., “Increased website traffic by 25% through SEO optimization”).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and campaign ROI.
Excellent communication and writing skills for content creation.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
Create and manage content for various channels (e.g., social media, email, website content, blog posts).
Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
Plan and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to drive website traffic and lead generation.
Track and analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform future growth strategies.
Optimize website content and landing pages, following marketing best practices.
Run PPC and social media advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Tools & Systems Knowledge:
Website Analytics Tools: Expertise in Google Analytics.
SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
CMS: WordPress or similar Content Management Systems.
Email Marketing Software: MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
CRM: Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems.

HR Notes & Guidelines:
Candidates must not have any active background verification issues or blacklisting records.
Ensure thorough document verification (ID proof, education proof, experience letters).
Check communication ability via live video or telephonic screening.
Avoid candidates with frequent job changes (less than 1 year tenure in previous roles).
Ensure pre-joining compliance with confidentiality and non-disclosure terms
